Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for a Production Line Supervisor to join our growing Manufacturing team! As the Production Line Supervisor, you will lead, hire, develop, train, direct, and motivate the team in the assigned manufacturing production areas. You will advocate continuous improvement by ensuring a safe work environment, quality assurance, and productivity within the assigned production area.
